Now you want to practice your pitching from different positions. 4 Distances from 3 different angles will create 12 different positions. This trains your ability to coordinate on the course. Don’t practice from one position.

Start with the 9 o’clock swing. 1 ball per station, in total 12 Balls to pitch.

Time: 10 min | Number of Balls: 12

Practice your 10:30 swing. 1 ball per station, in total 12 Balls to pitch.
