Diese \u00dcbungen sind wirklich schwierig und es k\u00f6nnte das Gef\u00fchl aufkommen, dass du nicht besser wirst. Das liegt aber nur daran, dass der Anspruch deutlich h\u00f6her ist als beim Blocktraining. Das kommt daher, dass die Anforderungen zum Erf\u00fcllen der Aufgaben schwieriger sind. Tats\u00e4chlich k\u00f6nnen die \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr Spieler mit 90 oder 110 Schl\u00e4gen\/Runde gleich aussehen.<\/p>\n<p>Der einzige Unterschied ist der, dass ein besserer Spieler schneller schwingt und den Ball weiter schl\u00e4gt. Das macht es f\u00fcr einen besseren Spieler schwieriger.<\/p>\n<p>Aber die \u00dcbungen bleiben gleich. Einzig die Schwierigkeit steigt mit zunehmender Schwunggeschwindigkeit und Flugweite des Balls wenn du die Trainingspl\u00e4ne wiederholst.
